By entering or participating in the Promotion you hereby agree to be bound by these Promotion terms (the “Promotion Terms,” together with the Omen Terms of Use, the “Terms”). If you do not wish to be bound by the Promotion Terms, please do not enter or participate in the Promotion. DESCRIPTION

DATE AND TIME OF PROMOTION

The promotional offer is valid between 7/7/2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and 7/21/2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) (the “Promotional Period”).

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the Promotion, you must comply with the Terms. New Omen traders only. Any trader who is found to be ineligible to trade on Omen may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion.

A new Omen trader is defined as a person who has never completed any paid activity using cash at any point on the Omen platform.

REQUIRED ACTIONS

In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the Terms, to participate in the Promotion, traders must (1) be a new trader as defined above, and (2) complete an eligible first-time purchase of $5 or more during the Promotional Period (the “Qualifying Purchase”).

BONUS CREDIT REDEMPTION AND LIMITATIONS

Upon completion of a Qualifying Purchase, eligible traders will receive two hundred dollars ($200) in Bonus Credit. Bonus Credit is issued as eight (8) individual credits of twenty-five dollars ($25) each (each, a "Bonus Credit Use").

Bonus Credit will be issued immediately after the Qualifying Purchase is completed, or, in the event of technical difficulties, within seventy-two (72) hours.

Each Bonus Credit Use may be applied as a discount toward the purchase of one (1) evaluation ("Eval") on the Omen platform. Except as set forth below with respect to the first Bonus Credit Use, the discount applied by each Bonus Credit Use is equal to the lesser of (i) fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price of the applicable Eval, or (ii) twenty-five dollars ($25). For the first Bonus Credit Use only, the discount applied is equal to the lesser of (i) one hundred percent (100%) of the purchase price of the applicable Eval, or (ii) twenty-five dollars ($25). Bonus Credit will be automatically applied to the trader's next eight (8) Eval purchases following issuance, in order of purchase, until all eight (8) Bonus Credit Uses have been redeemed or have expired, whichever occurs first. Bonus Credit may be applied to a maximum of eight (8) Evals per trader. Any portion of a Bonus Credit Use that exceeds the applicable discount limit for a given Eval purchase is forfeited and will not carry over, be split, or be applied to any other purchase.

Bonus Credit is single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and has no cash value. Bonus Credit is valid for thirty (30) days from the time it is credited to the trader's account (the "Validity Period"). Any Bonus Credit remaining unused upon expiration of the Validity Period is void. Bonus Credit is not cash, is not a deposit, and cannot be redeemed for cash, withdrawn, or transferred to any other trader or account.

Bonus Credit cannot be used as, or counted toward, a Qualifying Purchase. Bonus Credit may not be combined or stacked with any other offer, promotion, discount, reward, or credit offered by Omen, and may not be eligible for use on all Eval types or products. Purchases made in whole or in part with Bonus Credit may not qualify for other promotions.

When a trader successfully completes the Promotion requirements, the trader will receive notice by app push notification, in-app bell notification, in-app pop-up, or email.

LIMITS ON PARTICIPATION

Limit one (1) redemption per new Omen trader. Reward substitutions or changes will be made in Dory TradeCo Ltd's sole discretion. See the Omen Terms of Use for further information and limitations.

REDEMPTION RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS

The Qualifying Purchase must be completed using cash from the trader's cash balance or an accepted payment method. Purchases made in whole or in part with Bonus Credit, promotional credit, or any other non-cash reward do not constitute a Qualifying Purchase. Refunded, reversed, charged-back, or voided purchases will void this Promotion and any Bonus Credit issued in connection with it.

ORDER OF FUNDS

Where a trader holds both Bonus Credit and a cash balance, eligible Eval purchases will be discounted first by available Bonus Credit (subject to the per-use discount limits above), with the remaining balance charged to the trader's selected payment method or cash balance.

ELIGIBLE PURCHASES

Bonus Credit may be applied only to Eval purchases on the Omen platform. All other products, services, and purchase types are excluded from this Promotion unless otherwise stated by Dory TradeCo Ltd in writing.

RESTRICTIONS ON WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS

You may withdraw funds deposited in connection with this Promotion subject to the Terms. Bonus Credit is not withdrawable under any circumstances. Any Eval purchase completed in connection with the Promotion cannot be rescinded once it has been completed, except as required by applicable law. Subject to any applicable restrictions in the Terms, funds earned as payouts under the Omen platform's applicable program rules may be withdrawn in accordance with those rules.

RULES REGARDING CANCELLATION

Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact support at support@nemotrading.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any remaining funds deposited in connection with this Promotion subject to the Terms. Any Eval purchase completed in connection with the Promotion cannot be rescinded once it has been completed. Any Bonus Credit in your account at the time of cancellation shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred, redeemed, or withdrawn.

OTHER INFORMATION

Whether a trader has committed abuse of this Promotion, or violated the Terms, will be determined by Dory TradeCo Ltd in its sole discretion. All promotions are subject to the Omen Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accepting any Bonus Credit, traders agree to abide by the Terms. This promotional offer is subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Void where prohibited by law. Traders are responsible for any and all local, state, or federal taxes arising from participation in this Promotion. Dory TradeCo Ltd is not liable for computer or program malfunctions, nor for errors in the issuance or application of Bonus Credit. Dory TradeCo Ltd reserves the right to exclude or remove any trader from this Promotion, and to withhold or revoke Bonus Credit, if the trader has violated or attempted to violate the Terms, including but not limited to: creating or operating multiple accounts; sharing account credentials with other individuals; completing purchases on behalf of other individuals; circumventing age, identity, or location verification procedures; or abusing the Omen platform, the services, or any bonuses, referral programs, or other offers or promotions, including this Promotion, in any way.

Dory TradeCo Ltd reserves the right to suspend, modify, and/or cancel this Promotion at any time for any reason in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
